At The Local Banyan, each personalized product is made just for you, based on the exact information you provide. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on customized items due to incorrect spelling, wording, or other customer-entered details.

Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order. Once an order is submitted, it goes into production and cannot be changed or canceled.

If we make an error in the customization or the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order, and we will make it right.
