How long does it take to produce my item?
Production time for our items take an average of about 3-5 business days before they are shipped out.
Every custom designed product is made upon order and goes through a quality check process. In the event a product doesn't pass the quality check process, it will need to be re-made and may take longer than the estimated time above.
I purchased a personalized item. How will my personalization appear?
Our product images provide a preview of the personalization style and placement. If you have any questions or specific requests, feel free to reach out via web chat or email us at support@thelocalbanyan.com—our friendly team is happy to help!
Will my items all arrive in one package?
Items may arrive in separate packages as they may be produced and completed separately. Every item is made upon order and may be shipped from our fulfillment centers.
Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
Yes! We’re happy to offer shipping to non-PO Box addresses in Hawaii and Alaska. Since these locations are outside the continental U.S., additional shipping fees may apply.
When will I receive my tracking number?
You will typically receive your tracking number within 2-3 days after order is placed. Your tracking number will take about 3-5 days to fully update with tracking information after you receive the tracking number.
Do you accept international credit cards?
We accept all major credit cards and other electronic payment methods.
Why isn’t my discount or gift card working?
Only one promo or discount code can be applied per order. Be sure to enter it in the "Special Codes" field at checkout. If you're having trouble, contact us via chat or email at support@thelocalbanyan.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can I use a debit card?
Yes! We accept debit cards for payment.
Can I cancel my order?
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
I can’t log into my account. What should I do?
If you’re having trouble logging in, try these steps:
Double-check your email and password.
Make sure your Caps Lock key is off (passwords are case-sensitive).
If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions.

Can I backorder an out-of-stock item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept backorders. However, if an item is restocked, it will be available for purchase on our website.
Does the packing slip include prices?
No, our packing slips do not include pricing—perfect for sending gifts directly to your loved ones!
What currency does your site use?
All prices and transactions are in USD.
Can I pay in a currency other than USD?
We process all payments in USD. If your credit card is in a different currency, your bank will handle the conversion. We recommend checking with your bank for exchange rates and fees.
What about shipping delays?
The Local Banyan is not responsible for shipping delays such as weather delays. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, including incorrect addresses provided by the customer or the customer failing to receive/claim their shipment. The customer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all fees/taxes/duties incurred on the shipment.
The customer assumes responsibility of letting us know if a package is delayed within 2 weeks after the expected delivery date.
In the event that the package is lost, we will do everything in our power to ensure that a replacement is sent to you. Please contact us directly if your products have not arrived within the delivery times specified on each product listing.
What if my item doesn't look exactly like the picture on the site?
We have made every effort to ensure that the colors and designs display as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of every product color will be an exact match of the product your receive.
For some items, due to the printing process, slight shifting can occur. This is a normal occurrence with printing. We have made every effort to ensure that mock ups and product images are as close to the actual final product. However, the final product may vary slightly in appearance.
Can I sell your products on my own?
All our products are for personal use only and not for resale. By purchasing our products, you agree that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

What if the item doesn't fit?
Because all our items are made to order, we don't have any items in stock to provide you with an exchange. For this reason, we have a sizing chart included on every product detail page to help you choose the most accurate size selection.
